This form creates a space reservation request. Please complete this form at least SEVEN (7) working days before the event. The appropriate department will contact you via email to confirm the reservation.

In reserving university space through this form, you agree to comply with all COVID-19 safety policies and guidance as prescribed by the MBU Pandemic Team. This includes adhering to a space's maximum capacity and complying with any government orders on gathering size limits or otherwise. Event hosts are responsible for ensuring that their guests are in compliance. Please consult the Pandemic Team if you have any questions about event safety requirements.
