Pianist Lee Jordan-Anders to perform at Mary Baldwin

Mary Baldwin University kicks off its 2001 Sunday Recital Series with a performance by pianist Lee Anders-Jordan, Sunday, January 14 at 3 p.m. in Francis Auditorium on the Staunton campus. The public is welcome to attend.

Jordan-Anders is artist-in-residence and associate professor of music at Virginia Wesleyan College in Norfolk, Virginia. She earned a bachelor and masters of music degrees in piano performance from Northwestern University’s School of Music.

Jordan-Anders will perform the works of Mozart, Schumann, Brahms, and del Tredici. This will be an interdisciplinary performance featuring slides of artwork with some of the music.

Tickets are $4 for the general public and $3 for students and seniors and can be purchased at Blue Mountain Coffees, the Bookstack, or at the door. For further information, please contact the Mary Baldwin Fine Arts office at 887-7294.
