Human rights activist and sociologist Dr. Judith Blau will discuss “Human Rights and the U.S. Constitution” with a focus on the 1948 Declaration of Human Rights as part of Mary Baldwin University’s Elizabeth Kirkpatrick Doenges Visiting Artist/Scholar Series. The lecture begins at 7 p.m. October 18.
