Mary Baldwin University offers employers a variety of ways to connect with talented, motivated students. Whether you’re looking to hire interns, full-time employees, or simply build your brand on campus, we make it easy to engage with our students in meaningful ways.
Handshake is a virtual job recruiting network that allows you to:

If you don’t currently have any job openings, consider creating internship opportunities for your organization and sharing them on Handshake.
Internships are a win-win: employers gain fresh perspectives and a chance to cultivate future talent, while students gain real experience and industry insight.
MBU frequently hosts career fairs and information sessions to connect students and employers, both in-person and virtually.

- Include your organization’s name in the Event Name field and complete the form
- Choose your format: in-person or virtual*
- Our team will review your request and contact you with next steps
