Dr. Andrew Baldwin earned his BS in Health Sciences and MS in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College of Rochester, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University.

He has over 17 years of clinical experience primarily in the outpatient orthopedic setting, and has served as a rehabilitation director at a skilled nursing facility. While treating patients for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions in the local community for his entire career, he was also a multi-site center manager and has worked closely with and mentored many students and graduates of the Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences Physical Therapy program since its inception. Most recently he served on the Murphy Deming Doctor of Physical Therapy Program’s Advisory Committee. He is a certified dry needling specialist and has an interest in pain science education and incorporating evidence-based practice into patient care.
