Dr. Natalie Parks is a licensed psychologist and doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (licensed in Missouri) with over 25 years of experience applying the science of behavior across clinical, diagnostic, educational, and organizational systems. Her work in autism spans diagnostic evaluation across the lifespan, skill acquisition, severe behavior, feeding, and toileting in settings ranging from homes, clinics, and schools to inpatient and intensive outpatient treatment programs. Dr. Parks has extended behavior analysis beyond traditional boundaries into leadership, consulting, sports, and first responder systems. She is the author of multiple books applying the science of behavior to advance social justice, develop effective leaders, and transform organizational performance. Known for her bold, systems-focused approach, Dr. Parks designs environments that produce measurable, lasting change and is committed to training behavior analysts to think and practice with both precision and purpose. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and focuses on translating the science of behavior into practical, widely adopted solutions that address real-world challenges, improve lives, and challenge systemic inequities.
