Assistant Director of Residence Life, Program for the Exceptionally Gifted

Position Summary:

Mary Baldwin University  is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Residence Life for the Program for the Exceptionally Gifted (PEG).  This is a 10-month, exempt, benefits-eligible, position.  Salary range is $40,000 – $44,000.

The Assistant Director of Residence Life, PEG, is a full-time, live-in professional responsible for leading the residential experience for students in Mary Baldwin University’s Program for the Exceptionally Gifted (PEG). Serving academically advanced girls between the ages of 12 and 16 who begin college early, this position fosters a safe, supportive, and developmentally appropriate residential community while promoting students’ academic success, personal growth, and emotional well-being.

Reporting to the Director of PEG, the Assistant Director provides leadership for all residential operations, supervises Community Advisors, coordinates student programming, responds to student concerns and emergencies, assists with family engagement, and collaborates with university partners to ensure exceptional care for PEG students.
