OIC Project Support Packages
The Office of Integrated Communication knows your goals come first, whether it’s filling a room, generating buzz, or telling your program’s story. Below are examples of the kinds of support we provide and the lead times needed for the best results.
We understand your needs might not fit perfectly into one of these packages, and can create alternatives tailored to your goals, timeline, and audience. Think of these as starting points.

- These timelines are minimums. The more lead time you provide, the more creative and strategic we can be together.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee OIC will take on the project directly. We’ll review scope and timing, then either manage the project or connect you with:
- Canva templates and MBU brand tools
- Staples ordering instructions
- Referrals to photographers, videographers, or other vendors
