Assistant University Café Manager

Mary Baldwin University Dining Services is seeking a full-time Assistant University Café Manager. Applicants should be customer service oriented and must enjoy leading a team through the hands-on approach. Skills necessary include the ability to read and understand recipes, the ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, lift 25 lbs., and maintain department standards. Nights and weekends required.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and ServSafe certificate. 1 year of experience preferred from a café or coffee shop, deli, or a casual restaurant.
