Kathryn Glodowski

Dr. Kathryn Glodowski started supporting people with disabilities as a high school student and fell in love with the full continuum of behavior analysis as an undergraduate student where she was fortunate to complete several courses in behavior analysis, work within a pigeon and human-operant laboratory, and provide direct services and conduct more socially significant research with young autistic children. Since then, her various professional and educational experiences have continued to include the full spectrum of behavior analysis, and she has published several research articles on a variety of topics. Dr. Glodowski is the Director of Clinical Education and Assistant Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis & Autism Studies at Mary Baldwin University, and she is currently passionate about effective training and ongoing support for aspiring and early-career behavior analysts.
