MBU students have FREE, 24/7 access to mental healthcare services through virtual health and well-being platform TimelyCare. It’s designed especially for college students.

TimelyCare Services

TimelyCare’s Services for MBU Students

TimelyCare services are free, available 24/7, and don’t require you to have insurance. You also don’t need to visit MBU Student Counseling Services to access them.

Through TimelyCare, you’ll connect to:

  • TalkNow: 24/7, on-demand emotional support to talk about anything, including anxiety, relationships, depression, and school-related stressors.
  • Scheduled Counseling: Choose the day, time, and mental health provider that best works for you. (12 visits per year)
  • Health Coaching: Develop healthy lifestyle behaviors, including nutrition, sleep habits, time management, and mindfulness.
  • Psychiatry: Appointments are available through referrals.
  • Self-Care Content: Visit the “Explore” page within TimelyCare for guided self-care content, including yoga and meditation sessions, as well as group conversations with our providers on a variety of health and well-being topics.

  • Log in with your MBU email address. 
  • Fill out some information. Nothing too complicated! (TimelyCare is confidential, secure, and HIPAA compliant.)
  • Click “Get Care.”
  • Don’t need a visit right away? Check out the “Explore” page for self-care tips and info.
  • Are you a minor? Please have your parent/guardian fill out the parental informed authorization and consent form.
