Donovan Branche, assistant professor of business
Presented a paper, “Diversity and Inclusion Toolbox: Action Items for the Nonprofit Sector,” Leading Change Conference, Harrisonburg.
An article, “Re-visioning: African-American Women & Nonprofit Leadership,” accepted for publication, Journal of Nonprofit Education and Leadership.
Christopher Harnish, founder and director of exercise sports science
A review, “Using Field Based Data to Model Sprint Track Cycling Performance,” Sports Medicine, co-authored with Hamish Ferguson and Jeff Chase.
Lise Keiter, professor of music
Served as an adjudicator, online National Finals of the Music Teachers’ National Association piano competitions, March. She judged all three levels, including middle school, high school, and college students.
Roderic Owen, professor of philosophy
Elected to the Board of the North American Welsh Foundation (NAWF), which awards scholarship and research grants to graduate students and young scholars on both sides of the Atlantic who are engaged in research or pedagogy related to Welsh history, culture, or language.
