How it Works
Your journey at Mary Baldwin begins when you or an eligible family member (spouse or dependent child) applies to an online program available to MBU partners.
For undergraduate programs, we require applicants have a high school diploma or HISET score. For Master’s programs, a bachelor’s degree is required.
Once you or your family member is enrolled, the Employee Verification Form must be completed. This form verifies your employment with an MBU partner and extends the tuition discount to family members as well. For best results, file the verification form as soon as class registration is completed.
Please note: The partner tuition rate must be requested before the end of the current term and cannot be retroactively applied to previous terms of enrollment.
For more information or to request an Employee Verification Form, contact Joanna Finch at jlfinch@marybaldwin.edu.
